Our Pool Safety Services

As experienced local pool safety inspectors, we specialise in helping homeowners, landlords, real estate agents, and property owners across the Redlands, Logan, Brisbane, North Stradbroke Island, and the Bay Islands meet Queensland’s pool barrier laws with minimal stress.

A current Pool Safety Certificate (Form 23) is legally required when selling a house, signing a new lease on a rental property, or for any shared/body-corporate pools (including holiday rentals on the islands). Certificates are valid for 2 years on private residential pools and 1 year on shared pools.

Before booking, you can quickly check the official QBCC Pool Safety Register to see if your pool already has a valid certificate.

What’s Included in the Standard Inspection

  • Thorough 20–30 minute on-site inspection of the entire pool barrier, gates, latches, hinges, and non-climbable zones
  • Clear, easy-to-understand report with practical advice if any issues are found
  • Immediate issuance and lodgement of your official Form 23 Pool Safety Certificate with the QBCC when the pool is compliant
  • Friendly, no-pressure service from inspectors who know the real-world challenges of local coastal and island properties

Additional Services We Offer

  • Pool Barrier Repairs & Upgrades — We are fully licensed to carry out all safety barrier repairs and modifications. Most repairs can be completed on the same day as the inspection. View examples of our quality repair work here. No re-inspection fee when we perform the repairs.
